E&S brokers: Property market “deteriorated at an accelerated rate” in Q1

The property E&S market is suffering capacity shortfalls on almost every major layered and shared account, according to James Rozzi of Risk Placement Services, with feedback from Burns & Wilcox and CRC also suggesting a “bleak” outlook.
