RT’s Austenfeld: Builder’s risk wood frame capacity availability improves but other areas still tough

The builder’s risk market is meeting demand for capacity in certain areas of wood frame, but other segments remain challenging amid a strained and sustained hard E&S property market, according to RT Specialty’s property president and CEO Brenda Austenfeld.
