CA, FL and TX record combined surplus lines growth of 17% in 2023
The three largest states for surplus lines business all saw their E&S premium volume grow in 2023 with Florida leading the way at 28 percent while the markets in Texas and California expanded by 26 percent and 3 percent respectively.
