CII appoints Hancock and West as new chairs of SIB and SOCP

The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has named new chairs to two of its specialist communities, with Laura Hancock set to lead the Society of Insurance Broking (SIB), and Ashton West for the Society of Claims Professionals (SOCP).
