Court gives FIGA green light to pay Florida Specialty claims
A judge has ruled that the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association (FIGA) may make claims and unearned premium payments to Florida Specialty Insurance Company (FSIC) policyholders without the court making a new insolvency finding.
