French insurance M&A wave continues as CVC supports KKR’s April acquisition
Private equity firm CVC’s credit arm is to support KKR’s acquisition of French insurance broker April Group with the commitment of senior credit facilities in a move which continues an active period of M&A in the French (re)insurance sector.
