Ludlow Re enters $2.5bn QS agreement with SILAC

Ludlow Re – the new Hildene Capital Management-backed life reinsurer that will also consider non-life business – has agreed to write a $2.5bn quota share of US insurer SILAC Insurance Company’s portfolio of annuity products.
