NextEra E&S start-up Palms emerges as top four Florida carrier in Q3

NextEra Energy-owned Palms Insurance has rapidly grown its book of Florida E&S business to end Q3 2022 as the fourth-largest surplus lines carrier in the state having put $84.9mn of premium on the books over the three-month period.
