Ryan Specialty agrees deal to buy wholesaler Socius Insurance from Abry

Ryan Specialty has signed a definitive agreement to buy $40mn revenue broker Socius Insurance Services from its private equity backer Abry Partners, with the firm set to become part of wholesale distribution business RT Specialty.
