Ryan Specialty completes Socius, Point6 and Ace Benefit acquisitions
Ryan Specialty has completed its previously announced acquisition of Socius Insurance Services from private equity backer Abry Partners, a deal which will see the national wholesale broker become part of RT Specialty.
